REMARKS
●Each above booking must be guaranteed by credit card. Please provide the credit card holder’s name, number and expiry date.
●Exhibitors/ Visitors book the on-site services must through Shanghai Vision Expo & Meeting Solutions Co., Ltd. Before 30 days of the Show date.
●15 days notice is required to cancel a guaranteed booking and 7 days notice is required to amend a guaranteed booking. 50% cancellation fee will be applied for the last minute cancellation within 24 hours of any guaranteed booking.
●The prepayment must be made 5 days prior to the Service Date. We accept credit card, bank t/t, cach and cheque.
●The working time for all kinds of services 8 hours.The labor cost for overtime working is RMB 100 net per hour per person.
